The Service

Primacy Score provides indicators of how AI assistants can find, read, and recommend a brand, including the free readiness check, the live visibility preview, and paid audits. Results are measurements and estimates drawn from public sources and third-party AI engines at a point in time; they are informational, not guarantees of any business outcome, and AI engine behavior changes constantly.

Acceptable use

• Only check domains you own, represent, or have a legitimate interest in evaluating.
• No automated scraping, bulk querying, or circumventing rate limits and access controls.
• No use of the Service to harass, mislead, or harm others.

We may suspend access that violates these rules.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@primacyscore.com.

Subscriptions and billing

A Primacy Score is a one-time purchase, charged when you buy it. Primacy Standing is a subscription sold on a twelve-month term, quoted at a monthly rate and paid in full in advance for the year. There is no monthly payment plan.

Your term runs for twelve months from the day we charge it. If you buy a Primacy Score and then start Standing within 90 days, the full price of that Score is credited against your first year.

Standing renews for another twelve-month term unless you turn renewal off. We email a renewal notice at least 30 days before the term ends, to the address on the account, so a renewal is never the first you hear of it. If a renewal goes through by oversight, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full and end the plan.

You can turn off renewal at any time, from the dashboard or by emailing us. Everything you have paid for stays active until the end of the current term: cancellation stops the next term, it does not shorten the one you bought. We do not prorate or refund a term already under way, other than the 14-day oversight refund above. Prices can change for future terms; the price you were charged governs the term you are in.

Intellectual property

The Service, its methodology, and its content are ours. Reports we generate for you are yours to use for your business. Trademarks of the AI engines and other companies referenced in reports belong to their owners; mentions are factual, not endorsements.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. We'll post changes here with a new effective date.

September 10, 2026: added the Subscriptions and billing section, covering the twelve-month term, annual prepay, renewal and the notice before it, cancellation, and refunds.
