The Service

Primacy provides indicators of how AI assistants can find, read, and recommend a brand — including the free readiness check, the live visibility preview, and paid audits. Results are measurements and estimates drawn from public sources and third-party AI engines at a point in time; they are informational, not guarantees of any business outcome, and AI engine behavior changes constantly.

Acceptable use

• Only check domains you own, represent, or have a legitimate interest in evaluating.
• No automated scraping, bulk querying, or circumventing rate limits and access controls.
• No use of the Service to harass, mislead, or harm others.

We may suspend access that violates these rules.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@primacyscore.com.

Intellectual property

The Service, its methodology, and its content are ours. Reports we generate for you are yours to use for your business. Trademarks of the AI engines and other companies referenced in reports belong to their owners; mentions are factual, not endorsements.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. We'll post changes here with a new effective date.
