Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Domains you check. The readiness check fetches publicly available information about the domain you submit (robots.txt, homepage content, public reference sources). We store the check results.
• Contact details you provide. If you ask for results by email or create an account, we store your email address and name, and link your saved checks to your account.
• Operational data. We log basic request metadata (such as IP address) for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated traffic.

How we use it

• To run the checks and reports you request and show them in your account.
• To email you the results you asked for, and follow up about our services.
• To protect the service from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the product for us — hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), authentication (Clerk), email delivery (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare) — and with the AI engines we query (your submitted domain may appear in queries we send them; your contact details do not).

Sign-in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account — nothing else. We use them only to create and identify your account.

Retention & your choices

We keep account data while your account exists, and lead/check records for as long as they are commercially relevant. Email support@primacyscore.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from follow-ups.

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
